What Is LENS Neurofeedback?

LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a rapid, passive form of neurofeedback that supports nervous system self-regulation. Unlike traditional neurofeedback, LENS requires no active participation, no brain training exercises, and no extended session time.

Each session is brief, gentle, and customized to your brain's real-time activity — allowing the nervous system to restore balance, flexibility, and efficiency on its own terms.

How LENS Works

LENS reads real-time brain activity through EEG sensors placed on the scalp. This information is processed by proprietary software that identifies your brain’s dominant frequency patterns in that exact moment. The system then delivers a brief, ultra-low energy signal that mirrors what your brain is producing.

That tiny signal creates a gentle interruption in inefficient or "stuck" patterns — the kind that form when the nervous system becomes locked in stress, protection, or overload.
