LENS NEUROFEEDBACK
Reset. regulate. perform.
What Is LENS Neurofeedback?
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a rapid, passive form of neurofeedback that supports nervous system self-regulation. Unlike traditional neurofeedback, LENS requires no active participation, no brain training exercises, and no extended session time.
Each session is brief, gentle, and customized to your brain's real-time activity — allowing the nervous system to restore balance, flexibility, and efficiency on its own terms.
LENS is a non-invasive, FDA-registered neurofeedback system with over 30 years of clinical use. It has been applied across focus, emotional regulation, recovery, sleep, cognitive performance, and neurological resilience — including concussion recovery and post-traumatic stress.
It is especially effective for athletes experiencing stress overload, cognitive fatigue, anxiety, sleep disruption, and prolonged recovery timelines.
How LENS Works
LENS reads real-time brain activity through EEG sensors placed on the scalp. This information is processed by proprietary software that identifies your brain’s dominant frequency patterns in that exact moment. The system then delivers a brief, ultra-low energy signal that mirrors what your brain is producing.
That tiny signal creates a gentle interruption in inefficient or "stuck" patterns — the kind that form when the nervous system becomes locked in stress, protection, or overload.
When those patterns release, the brain naturally reorganizes itself toward greater efficiency, flexibility, stability, and regulation.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is trained. The brain does the work itself — LENS gives it the information it needs.
Think of it this way: your brain is extraordinarily powerful. Sometimes it just needs a nudge.
What athletes Notice after a session
A calmer Baseline
Most athletes describe sharper sensory clarity — as if the game slows down slightly. Mental noise quiets. Focus becomes easier and more natural. Presence without forcing it.
Openness & Connection
Social connection feels easier. Communication becomes more fluid. Humor returns. Relationships with teammates and coaches feel lighter and more engaged.
Sharper Decision-Making
Thinking feels flexible, not stuck. Instincts are easier to trust. Athletes can identify what they need — and act on it without overthinking.
Emotional Groundedness
Rather than forcing the brain to work harder, LENS helps it work smarter.
LENS allows the nervous system to move out of survival mode and back into balance — where clarity, resilience, and performance can thrive.
Irritability softens. Sleep deepens. Stress feels more manageable. Athletes move from reacting to responding — with more space between stimulus and decision.

LENS HELPS WITH THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS
2026
Salt Lake City, Utah
“I took a hard hit playing football and suffered a major concussion. Soon after, I developed body tremors that wouldn’t go away. Nothing seemed to help. After starting LENS at MNDLab, the symptoms gradually resolved — and the shaking stopped. I’m incredibly grateful to MNDLab.”
