“From the first day of using the safe and sound protocol I was shocked at the difference I felt in my body. I felt more relaxed and much less irritable in situations that usually make me overreact or anxious.
I became more present and socially engaged while around others, having a positive impact on not only me, but my relationships.
As a coach, after listening to the music, I was more focused and calm during practices & games, able to give better feedback to my players, even seeing things more clearly on the court.
Safe & Sound has become an easy, even enjoyable daily routine that has greatly affected my everyday life. It’s as if a weeks worth of listening to this music has fast tracked me to how others describe a person who has meditated for years.
So grateful for MNDLAB & Angela & Rebecca for introducing me to this and guiding me through the process.”

“Before Safe & Sound my biggest challenge was shitting my mind off at night. My brain immediately starts problem-solving the moment my head hits the pillow, which meant restless sleep and constantly waking up throughout the night. I never truly felt rested.
Since using the program, I have experienced a noticeable shift. I’m not able to fall asleep faster, and more importantly, stay asleep through the night. The quality of my sleep has dramatically improved, and that’s carried over into every part of my day.
I’m more productive, my focus lasts longer, and I have consistent energy instead of relying on caffeine to compensate for fatigue. It feels like my brain finally has a reset button. The improvement in both my sleep and overall health has been significant, and it’s made a real difference in how I function daily.”
