MNDLab Analytics

See your nervous system change, session by session.

Every LENS session generates real EEG data. This is a plain-language guide to what your MNDLab report shows and what meaningful progress looks like.

Numbers boxed in red are your actual results. Everything else is here to help you read them.

1The NeuroSync™ Score

One number, 0–100, that reflects your brain's overall regulation by combining three data streams: the objective EEG signal and how you actually feel.

82 NEUROSYNC SCORE
EEG Amplitude Normalization
40% of your NeuroSync Score
Your Score85
The strongest single predictor of clinical improvement: how much overall brainwave amplitude has calmed toward the optimal range.
Rising toward optimal over your last 5 sessions
Suppression Flexibility
20% of your NeuroSync Score
Your Score60
How easily the brain shifts between states, not too rigid, not too reactive.
Improving steadily, often the last piece to shift
Subjective Wellbeing Average
40% of your NeuroSync Score
Your Score78
10 self-reported scores: sleep, mood, focus, and more. What you feel matters as much as what the EEG shows.

2The Core EEG Metrics

These are the numbers a LENS practitioner checks first at every session, captured straight from the sensors and independent of how you feel that day: your brain's energy, how well it flexes, and where your dominant frequency sits. Every gauge below shows the same thing: where you are against what's optimal.

Mean Total Amplitude (μV)

The brain's overall energy output. It should run from a lower base up to a higher peak across your sites; a pattern that stays high across the board can point to a system stuck in overdrive.

SCORE: 40 μV (above optimal) OPTIMAL: 5–35 μV
↓ Should decline toward the shaded zoneHigh

Dominant Frequency (Hz)

Where your brain's energy is running fast or slow across sites. Very low suggests fog/fatigue; very high can signal anxiety.

SCORE: 8.4 Hz (below optimal) OPTIMAL: 9–13 Hz
↗ Should rise into the shaded zoneLow

Suppression / Flexibility (%)

How much of that energy can flex and adapt when it gets feedback, versus staying locked in a suppressed pattern.

SCORE: 52% (within optimal) OPTIMAL: 35–70%
↔ Already inside the healthy windowOptimal

Highest Amplitude Site (HAS)

The single electrode site under the most strain, where treatment starts. Often frontal at first.

Your SiteF3
Site To Watch
Your site, F3, sits in the frontal lobe, the brain's center for decisions, impulse control, and emotional regulation. See what all 21 sites do →
↓ Amplitude, and often the site itself, normalizes over the course

3The 5 Brainwave Bands

Your brain runs on all five frequencies at once. Each band below plots your score right on the line against the optimal range, so you can see exactly where you land at a glance.

Delta0.5–4 Hz
Deep, dreamless sleep and repair. Optimal only during sleep; elevated while awake ("delta intrusion") links to brain fog and fatigue.
SCORE: 4% (within optimal) OPTIMAL: under 8%
Optimal
Theta4–8 Hz
The dreamy, creative twilight state. Helpful in bursts; too much during the day links to inattention and daydreaming.
SCORE: 18% (within optimal) OPTIMAL: 12–20%
Optimal
Alpha8–12 Hz
The hallmark of a regulated nervous system: calm, alert, at ease. Rising alpha is one of the clearest signs of progress.
SCORE: 14% (below optimal) OPTIMAL: 18–25%
Low
Beta12–30 Hz
The "thinking brain": active focus and problem-solving. Too high signals a system that can't downshift.
SCORE: 34% (above optimal) OPTIMAL: under 28%
High
Gamma30–100 Hz
The fastest waves: peak cognition, insight, and how different brain regions synchronize for complex tasks.
SCORE: 6% (no fixed target) OPTIMAL: rising gradually over time
Optimal

4Whole-Body Regulation

Research on 100 LENS clients found 15 major symptom categories improved by 50% on average, closely tracking the EEG changes above (Larsen, Harrington & Hicks, 2006, Journal of Neurotherapy). Your report tracks both sides: how you feel, and a deeper body biomarker.

6Reading Your Progress

✅ Signs of positive change Amplitude declining · frequency shifting toward 9–13 Hz · suppression settling into range · alpha rising · subjective scores and NeuroSync™ score climbing.
⚠️ Normal processing (not regression) Mild fatigue or vivid dreams after early sessions · brief amplitude upticks at new sites as the brain reorganizes · emotional surfacing between sessions.

Published LENS research shows an average 50% drop in symptom scores after ~20 sessions, with the fastest gains typically in the first 5–6. Individual courses of care vary.
